Looking for 1950's Westinghouse Laundromat Pair

Hi All, just joined this site, although i have been watching posts over the last few months..... im a collector of old vintage washers and dryers and have noticed some people on here have had luck finding a set of westinghouse laundromats in toronto ect ect..... I Live in Hamilton where these machines were supposed to have been made, yet can't seem to locate a pair, any hints or leads on a pair in my area ?

Welcome aboard!

Good to hear from another Canadian member!! I guess I qualify as one of those folks who found a Westy set - I did find a matched 1953 set (made in Hamilton, too!) in the Lake Simcoe area. Try searching craigslist in the GTA, but also up in places like Huntsville or North Bay. 'Cottage Country' has yielded a couple of nifty vintage finds for me.
