Looking for free (& I mean free appliance service manual downloads)

I'm looking for free & I mean free appliance service manual downloads. Appliantology.org has some of them,but they are being too restrictive,saying you must be a professional appliance tech,which I'm not & cannot afford anyway.
Plus,I don't want any tricks or other bs,such as for example the download is not available. This is because my mother bought a stove & refrigerator from Lowes in 2019,both Samsung & are currently having problems with both of them.

Why not contact Samsung? These appliances aren’t that old they should be able to direct you to downloadable manuals on their website.

Samsung service manuals tend to be cryptic.  Some manuals for a given model variation within a series don't outline full details on how to access diagnostics, one needs the parent manual or some other "base" document.  I believe some newer models now require an app to run diagnostics and read fault codes.
