It's a Hotpoint and from the 70s; single oven and three storage drawers. The surface units look like they have seen abuse. They should be flat and should be sitting flat. They are probably plug out elements so replacing them does not require tools. There was not much about this range to give problems since it is a manual-clean oven and Hotpoints were pretty reliable ranges. Check the bake and broil elements to see if they are rough; that generally indicates lots of use and the potential for having to replace them sooner rather than later.
