Making Creamed Spinach

We enjoyed this a couple times during the holidays when we had company over - really easy to make and I always thought creamed spinach was an elegant side dish. Maybe that's because growing up it was something that was served at many of the finer Detroit area restaurants along with roast beef, prime rib and steaks.

This was one of her favorites...Me..Not if you held a shotgun on me...LOL! That or any greens for that matter.

I do like creamed spinach with STEAK.
Will try this recipe.
