I know someone posted it here a while back, but if anyone has a downloadable or PDF version of the KitchenAid KDC-21A (Custom 21) manual, I'd love you forever!

Just go to the Kitchenaid website.
In the Customer Care column, there is a pulldown menu for manuals.
Click on that and click on the Consumer pulldown and then type in your model #.
It comes up as a PDF file.
