Maytag A407 Washing machine

My machine spins too slowly resulting in very wet clothes. I can wring water by hand. Machine works normally otherwise. Any suggestions for repair?

check first for worn belts or motor glides needing lubrication or replacement....

there can be other issues...but lets check the basics first
