Yes, a very rusty one that was probably outside its entire life.

Definitely not worth the asking price.

If that "Maytag" sticker on the front is original---

Then, it is not too old compared with other BOL manual Maytags.

My memories of the "Blue Bell's" were that the Gyratator did not have a center-column. The metal Gyratotr depicted is placed so it is difficult to see whether or not it has a center-column. Also, the metal Gyratator throws me.

I am thinking if the Maytag sticker on the front is original, than the Gyratator would be plastic (1966 or later)?

Maybe this machine is much older, and the Maytag sticker itself is an add-on?

In any event, the non center-post Gyratator was a terrible clothes tangler, the worst I ever saw and this thing belongs on the front porch of "Coal Miner's Daughter".
Perhaps it was, given it's condition!

It’s odd that the safety bar on the wringer is red, but the knob that is pulled to turn it off and on is turquoise? The Maytag label would be consistent with the vintage of Maytag wringers that had turquoise plastic accents. Maybe the machine has been bastardized with an older wringer having been installed at some point?

This machine is pieced together, some with non factory parts. The lid is not factory. The original red mechenism knob probably broke and was replaced with a newer turquoise one. Expect other surprises to rear their heads.
