Hi guys when i was in prep school our principal had a maytag center dial which didn't advance so she had to go and turn the dial. I don't remember 406 or whatever but it has the black agitator and turquoise top so guys know right of the bat which one i'm talk about, so anyways when the washer start to spin it sounds like a muscle car slowly coming up to speed. I still remember that machine up to this day, i used to sneek n' take a look inside whenever it was washing, that was alot of fun. Do any of you guys have this machine? If so could you show me a video thanks in advance.

I believe you are describing an A206. They were standard capacity with the agitator you describe. I grew up with one of those, but do not have any videos. There was another member who had a video of one on Youtube, but it is gone.
