"Like New, stopped working. Got new one."

These sale descriptions are always a mystery. Why get rid of the machine if it's "like new" (other than the big scratch that's covered with tape, or is that a swipe of paint?)?
I believe the pump has seized up causing the motor/transmission to freeze up. This just happened to my Jenn Air Washer.
