Maytag Washer is VERY loud while spinning

My Maytag MVWB965HW0 washer is VERY loud during spin cycle now. It’s so loud I can’t hear people talk while it’s running and I have to turn up the TV volume to hear my show. I don’t see any signs of shaking or vibration.

The noise happens during EVERY spin cycle, even when it’s empty. Is there any way to fix it?

The spin bearings have gone bad. They're part of the transmission/drive assembly, which can be replaced if that is your desire. Part Number W10006491, substitutes now to Part Number W11393684. Search other sources for best price if you can DIY it ... or call a servicer to do the job ... or buy a new machine.
