Mid 80s Whirlpool

I would venture a guess this is about 1985? Located north of Redding, CA. I don't have time to rescue this one. Love those agitators!

Our second Whirlpool washer was like this one except ours had the automatic lint filter. A friend of mine has it and it's still running today.

That's a mid-1981 or older machine. One can tell from the perfs on the bottom of the basket (four rows vs. two rows).

It may be an LHA series, which is 1980-81. The Double-Duty Surgilator debuted on the LFA series, 1978.

I agree with Gordon about the year. The multi-colored console as well as the indentation patterns on the front are indicative of earlier models. Around 1983 or so, the WP cabinets starting like those of Kenmores
