Any here who has experience with a Miele D560 Dishwasher? It Leaks pretty much from the limefilter(?), we call it "kalkfilter" here in norway. But only when it fills....any here who can know? And is it possible to remove the whole "thing", I mean the filter? It is filled with some sand-loooking thing, and is heavy as HELL!:P

The thing that you are referring to as the limefilter is actually an ion exchanger that removes calcium and magnesium ions from the water and makes it soft. It has to be regenerated periodically with salt to restore it's function. The water is only directed through the ion exchanger when soft water is needed i.e. for washing and for the last rinse. For the other rinses the ion exchanger is bypassed. Well, that is how it works with a laboratory washer and I suppose that a domestic dishwasher is generally working along the same principles.

You can bypass the ion exchanger entirely if you have soft water or use detergents with built-in water softeners.

I've figued out that the leak is from the "thing" with a cap on, which is inside the machine. On the bottom(under) on this thing, it is 2 hoses, and it also has a one-way valve under the cap. It leaks ALOT when the cap in on, but when I remove it, is just leaks a few tiny drops! My question is: Is it any here with experience on this machine? And Does any have a repairmanual, or exploded drawings of this machine? And is it possible to remove this container(the filter) in the bottom`?
