Miele tends to keep their service persons both in house and factory trained on very tight leads. That likely would include unauthorized sale or distribution of proprietary materials such as service/tech manuals.
To be fair Miele like many other companies either have directly put much operating, owners, installation and even odd service manual online. That or someone else did with company's blessings (Miele or whoever cannot not know). A line must be drawn somewhere I suppose.
You might have better luck on various FB or other appliance hobbyists/DIYers that are Europe based or centered. Miele is far more common in Europe than USA thus your query likely would have a greater audience.
