"Mint" is certainly in the eye of the beholder. While it does look pretty nice, I wouldn't call it "mint", nor would I call it $1200.

Since they are in Omaha, they are expecting Warren Buffet to buy it..even he would have enough common sense not to pay this much for it!

It's in nice condition overall, but I wouldn't consider it "mint" either. It's a '53 model. The oven element appears to have been replaced at some time with a rod type, as the original is a coil under a cover.
