This past weekend, I finally had time to put together something I had planned to do for a long time for the outdoor kitchen

I had saved the top section of two Hardwick debutante ranges, the one has the micro ray broiler with a rotisserie, it just has a simple burner valve where you can turn on the gas and bury the intensity of the broiler heat.

The other upper unit that’s gonna go next to it as a continuous clean just a gas oven, one of the reasons for having these appliances in case we ever have a power outage they will both work without electrical power.

In testing at the other evening, I broiled two T-bone steaks worked beautifully, it was still down in my shop when I was doing this I hadn’t even put the oven door on yet, but you don’t really need that for the broiler
