Good Housekeeper

Man alive those are in good shape. Not even an smidgeon of soap residue around the lid hinge. I am surprised to see the spiral ramp Activator since many of the era have straight vane. They'll do an amazing job and the dryer is among the quietest in GE's ;ine.

Nice set.

I never saw so many "S's" on a control panel before: Normal Cycles, Permanent Press Cycles, or RINSES. Timed Cycles, Automatic Cycles.

I actually never saw that before.

Is the dryer drum grey or black?

Ditto that RCD

I am no expert on FFs, but I thought all I'd seen on the ramp agitators were bakelite black or white also. I thought when I first saw this one in Turq - "VERY different and NEAT!"

These are great looking machines - I think I'd enjoy that set myself!

Beautiful set!

Wow, what a amazing set! love the color, and love GE's Ramped Activator's! Theres almost othing that will move a load like a rampie. Miss avacado. When I moved out of my folks house, and into my first place, I bought all my smalls in avacado. Even my mirro-matic pressure cooker was avacado.

BEAUTIFUL.............................

I am jealous, I love the avocado color, and I too was surprised to see a ramp agitator in this machine. I didn't think they came back to FF washers until the ninties!! Best of luck.
