Great set of knives, Joe! I would love to have a new set in time for Thanksgiving, but my parole officer has advised me to stay away from sharp objects. ;-)

Isn't that a permanent Magnet Knife holder-If it is-should be OK if the power goes out.Its just don't go reaching above the range since there would be no light!!You would then get slashed!!Its an interesting display-haven't seen one of those magnetic knife holders in a long time.I just have a regular wood knife block.The magnet one would be easier to keep clean and the knives could dry easier after washing them.How well does the Santoku style knife work-I am still using my chefs Knives.they work well for me.I have been thinking of getting a Santoku to try.
