I'm not sure that I noticed the time, but I did see cartons of Youngstown cabinets for the house. This film must date from about 1958 judging by the National Homes models that were featured. National Homes did, at that time, offer Youngstown kitchen cabinets and featured Frigidaire appliances for the kitchen (as shown in the final home in the film - bottom mount 'Sheer Look' refrigerator and French door wall oven). One exception to the Frigidaire line was the washer/dryer. They had a preference for combination units (saved square footage), so the buyer usually had a choice of either a Bendix or a General Electric washer/dryer.
Interesting film!
