Need a thermostat for older GE wall oven

Hi everybody! Haven't posted in a while. Hope everyone is doing well!
I need a part if anyone has any information...
My parents original GE wall oven in their kitchen from 1977 needs a thermostat - otherwise the oven is fine and they really can't afford a new one. They start at $700!

The part I need is model # WB21X177 but it comes up as no longer available. I either need a replacement or a newer version that will fit. Even if anyone can recommend a part number would help!
I don't want to have them buy a new oven unless absolutely necessary.

This is a non-self cleaning wall oven? If so, it crosses to a WB21X5209. I may have a NIB GE. Let me know in this thread.

Thank you John but my mother didn't want to be without an oven for easter so they ordered a new Maytag wall oven. Oh well.
