Need help Ge Mobile Maid!!!

Need Help!!
I recently bought a Ge mobile maid from a very nice member from this site from Melbourne,I still like the dishwasher but.. It worked when it was plugged in at his house but does not work at mine and even shorts the power out, I went back to him with the machine and guess what it worked but again not at mine!!
I really want to keep it but I don't have the space for something that does not work!

I delisted it on eBay for $100 the price I paid, with the $60 Reece house adaptor and with new hoses,

Any help would be lived and if any one is interested just email me!

You should have an electrician look at the outlet. Did you try it on any other outlets in your kitchen?

I did!!

Hi Tom,
I tryed a plug in my lounge room (this plug can take up to 15 amps-used to hold a air conditioner), but ail nothing, the plug than first used was in the bathroom, that plug always has worked I used it before!!

Could it be the cord? Or fuse

I was thinking should I replace the cord or could it be a fuse where do I replace them any other wiring I should pep at??
