I simply wash towels with towels now, shirts and shorts with other knits, etc. like it should have been in the first place.

Update:

Replaced snubber, problem still persists, but not nearly as much as before. Once in a great while it will still go ob, but I believe the machine is working as it should.

To answer about the supports, everything seems to be there. Here is a pic.

If only there is a way now to get this thing to spin a bit faster.....
