Before the water heater was replaced. The water was VERY and I mean VERY hot!!! It required turning the cold water valve up more than usual. Next day, the hot water dude comes and finds that the water heater had warped (probably from dad turning it up too high!) so badly, the thermostat had ended up 4 inches from where it was supposed to be. So it wouldnt shut off. If we hadnt of replaced the water heater soon. It would do the same thing as what happened 5 years ago by my school (see link below) SO after hundreds of dollars later, a new water heater!
After taking the old one out. Lots of mud was pouring out from a recent breakdown of a waterline in front of our house...Yeah...
