Very odd, but that's a pretty pale version of avocado...  It may be the photo, but that colour looks like that blue-greeny, aquamarine shade that some folks go nuts over.... LOL

Paul, I think the camera may be a just a few years newer than the dryer.

I'm pretty sure my parents had this exact set when I was a kid, but in beige.  They had it up through '92/'93.
