My brother-in-law had the same stove in their apartment in the 70's and had to put a chair against the oven door to keep it shut. I remember him lighting the oven was not nice with a small boom. Glad I got the click-click on mine.

Years ago on a TV show

in a short film in black and white, a bubbe' showed how to make a proper chicken soup on that very same Norge. I don't know what show it was though. Some comedy channel, or HBO.
