John, the subject dryer does have timed cycles from what I can tell on the dial.
Does this mean that the electronic control dryers with no timed cycles have issues with the same moisture sensing system as non-electronic control models? Dan & John, you are both welcome to answer.
My own experience with a HOH DG806 was a total love affair. Best dryer I've ever had. Easy to use, highly efficient, quiet as a mouse and dried perfectly every time. I loved that dryer, and if I had been a member of this site when its bearing failed, I'd have fixed it and hung onto its companion standard capacity A206, which would have precluded the bad experience with our belt-eating Raytheon Amana washer and its companion incinerator made of pure tin. Now that was a drying system that totally sucked if there ever was one.
