Three advertisements from about 1978 hailing the arrival of the then new GE Potscrubber III (The 1200 model).

The models featured use the "Potscrubber, Heavy Soil, Normal Soil, Energy Saver" cycle selection (Plus China, Rinse and drying options), as opposed to the "Potscrubber, Normal, Light Soil, Energy Saver" designation used in later models.

The original term was Power Scour. this is the exact same model as was fund in that Sun City kitchen in Nevada where everything looked hardly used--French provincial (as I call it) white cabinets and the yellow GE appliances.

I remember the kitchen you are speaking about Bob. Those appliances were in very good shape for their age!

Although to me, the 'French Provincial' style they used in their kitchen modelling seems to have off colour choices. Yellow and White don't sound like the most ideal colour combination (Like Glossy White + Black)
