Looks to be 30's or early 40's. Beautiful.

I love St Charles...not these, I want the ones from the 50s and 60s,

I think they would look better without the maroon accents. The wall-hung sink is also awkward looking. It must be very early 30's, as by the middle of that decade, anyone that could afford such cabinets could also afford a Monel or stainless sinktop.
