The picture (or artist's rendition) of the GE dishwasher shows that the two "tabs" at the top of the tub are not fastened to the underside of the counter as they should be.
When both fully loaded racks are pulled out at the same time, the machine would surely tip out a bit.
When our family had the 1969 Frigidaire Custom Imperial dishwasher in a brand-new home, the installers did not screw in those tabs and I remember the unit tipping out if both loaded racks were pulled out at the same time.
