I guess I was just at the right place at the right time. I spotted this on FB marketplace. It was pending but the first person failed to pick it up. I'm excited about this.

I'd LOVE to have the deep well fryer parts but sadly I do not have them. I know they are as rare as hens teeth, maybe I can reproduce something convincing in the future. I'd settle for at least finding the deep well pot.

I am missing the lower element in the oven. I'm guessing the original one burned out. Does anyone know what would work as a replacement? Could I use any one that has the three connectors and will physically fit in the oven or do I need to pay attention to wattage ratings?

That's an appealing stove, and its spartan console belies its capabilities.

The bake element shouldn't be hard to find.  It's probably similar to a GE from the same period, and if you can't find one ready-made, you can get one made to order through an independent parts retailer who offers that (farmed out) service.  I got a replacement made for my mom's '49 Westinghouse from a local parts store some years ago and the price was surprisingly reasonable.  The turnaround time was only a day or two.

Very nice range! I bet it will bake perfectly once it gets a new element.

If the element plugs into a ceramic block, you might be able to find one on eBay but it would probably be necessary to have the part number for your search. Another solution is explained in an old thread I've attached - delete the ceramic block and direct wire it instead. Although the one in the thread is a different oven, the same concept might work if you can find an element with similar dimensions to your oven.

The wattage of the original element is sometimes on the wiring diagram

Good luck!

Yes it goes well with the kenmore washer dryer and matches my hotpoint combination and upright freezer! Now that I have the appliances I need to work on finishing the framing plumbing etc of the kitchen so I have a place to put these! I will keep an eye out on ebay. Thanks for the link! This could be an option if I don't spot an original.
