I just cannot getover the condition and how immaculate these apps are. Someone took VERY good care of them or barely used them.

Some people (such as people in retirement communities) don't bake. And in many warm states, if they cook meat, they're more likely to do it outside than in. Case in point, a GE oven I've been looking for (with a built-in rotisserie). The inside of that oven looks immaculate and the racks looks as if they've never been ruined by a self-clean cycle. Now if I can only get it shipped to me in one piece...
