At first I thought this was just a Launderall with Blackstone-looking controls, but I believe the Launderall tumbles toward you when you're standing in front of the machine and the Malley's tumbles to the side.

I'm assuming it's Australian. Did someone make it for Malley's?

Always get a chuckle from the postage stamp-sized lids on some vintage machines.

Information/details from anyone familiar with this washer will be greatly appreciated!

Its still running well, I use it weekly for whites or towels. The 400RPM spin leaves heavy fabrics almost dripping.

I've had a few attempts at making a video, but there isnt too much to see while its running, but I'll see if I can get a video with the front off.

Since it was comissioned, the only maintenance thats been required was to repack the Overdrive clutch with new grease. The old grease had liquified and it was knocking during spin. A good flush out and regrease and its back to being almost totally silent again.

I'm tempted to add some relays so that it tumbles occaisionally while heating. The static soak has it all sit for up to half an hour, so if I could find a way to internmittently tumble during that time, I think it would really help with cleaning.

Its my baby and the main machine I've ever wanted, so once it arrived, my cup overrunneth :)

There's no airbreak, so its essentially a sealed tank with the lid down. If you open the lid though when its over suds, you get foam everywhere.

There is plenty of space around drum as well as its a round drum, sat in a Square tank. So that seems to help with how it oversuds.
