freezer freezes over

I am tempted to have this shipped to me but the seller says the freezer freezes up. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I am second in line for the fridge, a local person is coming to look at it. If it doesnt work out can someone recommend the best shipping service? I am 8 1/2 hours away from it. I have requested a quote from Uship but was wondering if there was something else im missing..
