Rob, yes I have seen several models like this. the warm wash/warm rinse was eventually removed and cold/cold replaced it so the 4 options were h/w, h/c, w/c, c/c. This was applicable for models with just the one water temp knob. Now for the model with the separate wash & rinse temperatures, that was a different story.
