I think this is a portable KDS19, making it a KDS59.

I believe it's a KDS-60 (20). Look carefully at the lettering under the right hand indicator. It's one short word - DRY. Too short to be "No Heat Dry".

If it's a 60, that would be just what Steve/Ibuzzard is looking for.  Sparks may fall within his pick-up zone, and it probably has the other panels to make it white, almond, or either black or avocado.
