I just happen to have the specs for the GE WD-860T / WD-853T (undercounter model) and GE says under OPERATING SPEED 47 rpm tumble for wash and dry, 215 rpm for spin dry, Seems like those last two words shoud be in quotes or something.
As we have mentioned earlier the 29 inch Whirlpool and Kenmore combos had a top spin speed of 400 rpm. Greg and Robert have given the spin speeds of the Maytag and "Restinghouse" combos. I believe I read in some literature that the flat out most optimistic spin speed for the Maytag was supposed to be about 300 rpm. The spin speed of Robert's new Westinghouse combo from the estate sale was mentioned in that thread yesterday.
