Pre-War Bendix Restored!

Here is the Bendix Pre-War restored. found new bearings and seal for it. Rebuilt the transmission and motor, water vale rebuilt and new timer. Done all this myself!

That has a porcelain tub.I thought the prewar bendixes had a galvanized tub.Very nice I have a similar one.I am curious to know what holds the soaplid in place mine came off.

Don’t you just love a Bendix !!!
Your very talented and what a great job you’ve done . Here in the UK I’m not sure if we had these very early Bendix machines . The ones I’ve done are from the 1950s !!!! Wonderful to see another treasure restored .! This is the last one I finished . Can you do a video of yours washing ?? Best wishes Darren
