Oke went shopping voor my school today! We have a new building ready in april. There are cookingclasses for 100 people per hour (20 personens / kitchen). Well now everyday after cookingclasses there are 5 loads of towels kitchenskirts etc... (5kg...9pounds/load) So they thought when the kitchens are running on their max capcitiy it means 5kg*5*5=125kg 62.5 pounds of dirty things! Because we prepare food, even only on a domestique base, the loads must be washed on a min temperature of 75°c. We thought professional equipment. We tried several builders of washers and driers... IPSO didn't want to sell things to us because we where not a company (gues what
) Primus could only deliver within 12 months way to late. So we went shopping for a miele. Totale price 7250 euros and that is a lot of money. There for included a 7.5kg washer and a 7.5kg drier. Now asking me I can get a good deal of 5kg washers OLYMPIA. should we buy 2 washer and driers with 5kg capacity or should we take the offer from our Miele dealer?
