I guess with that and a portable dishwasher, you would be all set. I don't see how the woman washed dishes for 5 people in that little sink. I like the big old compressor for the little refrigerator. It does not look like the oven has a lot of insulation. I hope she did not have to provide biscuits at both breakfast and dinner. I would prefer the electric version.

As soon as I saw it I thought railroad car kitchen then read that it came out of a railroad cabin. It's possible it was fitted into a food service car on a work gang train but it looks a little too small to handle the volume.. Possibly on a railroad business car, hard to say.

One of these that was painted red on the outside was on eBay a few months ago. It was from a hotel that had been converted to an apt. house, according to the story, I think.
