Hello to all aw,

I have a question for the Kenmore experts of the site my brother has a 3 water level 3 temp Kenmore washer is actual dual action agitator has no fabric softner dispenser would my brother be able to swap is dual action agitator for a dual action agitator with fabric softner dispenser to put liquid fabric softner automaticly when is washer is filing to rinse is clothes I think from the way is washer tub is made its a 1993 model I do not remember the model or have any pictures. this is my first question my second question is where would he be able to buy the famous downy ball for adding liquid fabric softner if he do not have a liquid fabric softner on top of is agitator?

Pierre, he can actually find just the fabric softener dispenser to put on top of the agitator instead of replacing the whole agitator. The dispenser isn't built into the agitator, it just snaps on over the top of it. He may find them at Sears or any appliance part store.
