Hello to all aw members,

if you had to buy a washer dryer set today of the modern category would you go with a reliable speed queen or unreliable whirlpool me over the years most washer that my family use was inglis whirlpool washers but seeing the situation of whirlpool in the long term i am seriously considering a huebsch top load washer model Z432 with matching electric dryer me i went a good reliable washer and a dryer that will not take 40 minute drying right now i have a 10 year old set but i have a feeling it will not be long before failure or error codes starts showing up already the washer is tricky on me even do it takes 40 minutes to wash a medium to large load sometime on the 12 minute mark it do another rinse when its should be in final spin.

If your current machine is doing an extra rinse when it should spin, it has detected a possible suds-lock condition, and is flushing out the extra detergent bubbles.

Try using less detergent, or find some better detergent

If I had to buy a machine right now that's a brand new machine that's TL and with an agitator I would be probably leading towards the SQ. It's the only machine that everyone else has been talking about and appears to be one of the last machines to give you an old fashioned true wash with enough water.
