This is 10x better than the canned cat food S#!T.
You will need:
16 cups diced baked potaotes
16 cups diced corned beef (cooked to fork tender)
6 cups diced raw yellow onions grilled in 4TBL butter.
4 oz butter
1TBL Black pepper
1 TSP granulated garlic.
Grill method:
Grill onions and combine will all other ingedients except 4oz butter.
Melt butter on 400f grill and cook mixture to internal temp of 165f and well browned.
Convection oven method:
Grill onions and melt butter, mix with remaining product and spread single layer on parchment lined sheet pans. Bake @ 425f on high fan speed to IT of 165f and potatoes are browned.
This should yield about 28 1cup servings. After cooking transfer to 4" hotel pan and hold in steamtable for service. (above 140f for no more than 4 hours) Discard leftovers or cool to 70f within 4 hours and 41f or less in six hours.
Adjust quantity and seasoning as desired:
