89-page book, measures 11" x 8.5", in excellent condition, looks like this book has not been used much at all. The pages are in excellent shape with only a few fingerprints on them. The softcover of the book is slightly worn and has a couple of stains on it, worst pictured on the front cover. There is a 1" x 1" peel on the back of the cover. Overall manual is in excellent condition.
