Ralph, I remember the Westy fridges with the big push button door oepner rather than a handle ya pulled.

Hey Bob, thanks for the info. I can't remember ever seeing a Westy with a push button. I'll have to keep an eye out for some pix on line since I'll probably never see one in person. They should have stuck with that design! I do remember Frigidaires with push buttons. I had an experience with one where I eneded up breaking a hinge, which seemed to be made of pot metal.
