I searched through the threads but couldn't find anything on the topic. I'm debating buying this project, my only concern is rust showing through the porcelain enamel. This will be my 3rd vintage fridge, the first 2 were pretty excellent with the first one having some really minor spots in the porcelain that I wasn't able to remove. Is it possible to remove this, if not what are the options? Any other tips or thoughts on this Philco Advanced Design as a project, should I just wait and keep looking for one in better shape? Does anyone know if these are available with a left hand door?
