Does anyone put their scent beads in the rinse water instead of during the wash? By the time my FL finishes the cycle I'm lucky if I can smell anything at all. This is the first time I've bought these and I'm using a full cap.

Aren't those the same beads that were first marketed as fabric softener that could be tossed into the main wash instead of waiting for the rinse cycle, which goes against everything we ever knew about using a softener?

Just what I want, more chemicals in everything around me...
You just be onto something!
Not being paranoid or anything mind you..... but suppose long-term use of certain things eventually causes skin cancer or other health issues.....

Then those already Filthy-Rich Greedy Big Pharma companies gain revenue for treating such health issues.
Just like promoting those suspicious yearly "vaccine" reminders.
That Covid19 mandate crap was disruptive globally too... scaring people into believing it was deadly.
And sadly, many fell for it.

How come, I'm 72, pushing 73, and never got onto that "Pharma Merry-Go Round" crap, and never got the Flu.... never got anything by ignoring what Pharma tried to push on the people?
Yet people I know that fell for it all, and are in poorer shape than me?

I can understand that "some" people have generic-based illnesses, but you'd think that by now Big Pharma with all its so-called miracle drugs, technology, would have been able to cure such things.

It's all about keeping Pharma in control, and powerful.... and rich.

What brand of scent beads do you use?
I find P&G`s Unstoppables really good in terms of potency but they have to be as fresh as possible to get a "good bang for the buck."
In some parts of Europe they green washed them by changing the packaging from a thick plastic bottle to a laminated carton which shortens their shelf life even more.

I go easy on fabric softener because I want to keep my clothes to stay absorbent and since good perfume oils are expensive most detergents nowadays either smell too cheap or too weak for my liking.
It`s not like 30 yeas ago anymore when a good detergent was all you needed to get an awesome high quality scent.
This is called "skimpflation", isn`t?
Scent beads can fill this gap but wouldn`t put them in the rinse as they are not designed for that. I`d either use more or buy fresh and use up quickly or change to a different type of scent which I`m not yet too accustomed to.

Hi, I know this was not the intention of your post but I recommend after you finish this bottle to stop buying scent beads. They leave a waxy residue over time that ruins your clothes. If you want your clothes to smell nice, one suggestion is to put essential oil on dryer balls (and not on your clothing as this can cause a fire) while the clothes are tumbling in the dryer. Alternatively you could just spray your clothes with perfume before you put them on, that's what I do. but stay away from scent beads if you want your clothing to last a long time
