Scharf spin dryer...

Does anyone know anything about this spinner? The seller is in Brandon, Manitoba, and I've e-mailed him hoping he will consider shipping.

What vintage would it be? It looks quite solid!

Scharf? or Scharpf?

If it's a Scharpf it's German. Probably late fifties or sixties.

Yup, it's Scharpf

and I've found another one. It's 5 hours drive away though. So I'm trying to decide if I want the road trip. How fast do these spin do you think?

I really don't know much about Scharpf spin dryers, I don't think they have been sold in the Netherlands. The rpm should be found on the machine. I guess it's somewhere between 1400rpm and 2800rpm.

BTW, is it a 220V 50Hz model?

of the voltage yet. I'm am going to get it, but am hoping that the seller can wait another week untill I get the time.
