Seeking Blue Kitchen Aid Agitator Assembly

Good afternoon! Is anyone willing to part ways with a blue Kitchen Aid agitator assembly? I am in need of both the base and auger. The softener dispenser would be a great addition, but isn't necessary. Thank you!

It’s not the blue one but the newer white edition of the kitchenaid wide based agitators.

Not a bad price until shipping comes in. The cheapest option for me is $50 and that's through FedEx.  Is that part number the same for the blue one?

I’m pretty sure it was the replacement for the blue one. Years ago I ordered a replacement for a blue one and the white one is what was sent.

Is this white still available as a new part from Whirlpool? Do you have any insight as to why they ditched the blue one?

Possible numbers for turquoise/blue.  They may be linked to the white substitution(s) on a search.

Thank you, Glen. They really referred to the auger as a "clothes mover" lol? Wow. Anyway I will probably order the agitator Melvin specified. Did this white one come with a special fabric softener in white that had the chrome finish, too?

No. The white agitator assembly did not come with a new top or softener dispenser. You would use the one from the agitator it was replacing. Since this one is used it comes with a top. The kitchenaids that used this particular cap on the agitator had automatic fabric softener dispensers but the whirlpool style can be used or even the old blue one with the chrome trim. Like a hood ornament if anyone remembers those.

Thank you. That’s good to know. I was actually able to find a blue fabric softener dispenser with the chrome trim on eBay. Do you know when Whirlpool stopped offering the blue agitator and went with the white?

1994 was the last year I saw a factory turquoise agitator in a kitchenaid washer.

Have you tried looking on reliableparts.com ?
They offer a very reasonable flat rate shipping of $10.95 for orders placed online.
I live in Hawaii, so the shipping costs is very reasonable, additionally they ship via either FedEx or UPS, the delivery dates have been quick.
I recently placed a multiple item order with them, one of the parts was a Speed Queen agitator, the $10.95 rate applied to the total order.

I don't think reliableparts.com will carry the blue KA agitator. From the looks of it, it's NLA, as is the white replacement one.
