Those bushes are just stunning! I've not seen that type of peony before - do you know the name? Peonies are one of my favorite Spring flowers - my grandmother had tons of them in their backyard and would bring them into the house for fragrance that couldn't be beat!

A friend of mine just made and helped install real "T" clothesline posts in my back yard on Sunday - I can't wait to use them this weekend!

What's wrong with tiki torches? They're really handy if you want to invite friends over for mai tais on a nice summer evening!

Mine is in chaos due to my half finished projects: deck, out door kitchen, storage shed, and greenhouse. Once it is done I'll post pics.

Wonderful garden! And that's exactly how I hang up my jeans. I'd hang t-shirts and polo shirts upside down as well, they keep better in shape that way.

Greg, it's a type of tree peony, not sure of the name but it's huge, there's a pink one right beside it just opened as well.

James, I'm in Sarnia Ontario about 60 mi due north along the St.Clair River (which separates Canada and the US) from Detroit.

Hey Tiki lamps create

IFL, Instant Fine Living. I use them extensively with Lemongrass oil to banish the blood suckers. They also go well with Scotch and Soda and Nuts n Bolts!!

Ofcourse mine are made out of industrial Copper so they don't get the staining bamboo ones do. Maybe that's what you are really objecting too??

Nice yard there Pete, and I am going to Mahoney's to see if they have any tree peonys!!

Gorgeous yard Pete. I hang my jeans the opposite way, by the waist. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. Who cares if Martha would approve or not. It's what you feel comfortable with that counts, IMO!

I love how lush and green everything is in your yard. Here in Alabama, we're 13+ inches short of rainfall already this year and everything is starting to look parched and brown.
