To all those Servis Sapphire & Quartz fanatics & owners (excluding me), I could do with some help & expertise for my Servis Sapphire 1300 Washer Dryer 9635.
I bought it in September/October last year, it's been great having it there for use, since the Zanussi's dryer has packed up, untill now.
I put it on this morning, on the Quick Wash cycle, it carried out the wash & 01st of 02 rinses, fine, but when it got to the final rinse, it over filled, it was well over the door window, at least 1/2 way up the glass, I looked bahend the machine, there's a vent for the dryer, but no water seemed to be leaking from it, so I've no idea where the water was flooding out from, only that it was coming out.
I thought it was the drain pipe had backed up, because the sound was the same as when the pipe in the garage burst, but it wasn't that.
All I can say is that it overfilled & that maybe, just maybe the filter (s) at the inlet pipes're blocked, or the filter between where the inlet pipe fits to the back of the machine & the dispenser recess meets where the water enters could be blocked/clogged. Unless something got washed in with the intaken water, I can't understand why it happened so suddenly, as it had completed the wash & 01st rinse phases, no problem. It didn't display the F# code for any water issue.
Any suggestions from anyone'd be a great help.
Thanks.
