A hoover Constellation on Aus Ebay.

It would be fun to have, but is it going to give me grief?

The seller is also offering an older Connie that doesnt work, grab it as well for parts? Im not much on the mechanical side but if It worked reasonably well it would make a great second cleaner for small jobs, and go great in my retro flat.

How much are they asking and is it in good shape? For some reason the page must be down at the moment and I can't see it. They're fun vacs, lots of suction and pleasantly quiet, just a nice motor humming sound.

I'd bid on it but wouldn't go much higher than the current asking price, especially since you have to add in shipping. Once you start looking for one, like I was, they'll start turning up at flea markets etc for about $10 to $20. BTW the floor attachment doesn't match the one showing in the ad, or mine. I couldn't see in the pic where the wands are either..they should be brushed aluminum like the metal on the end of the hose though I wouldn't let that stop me from buying the machine to get that part.
